  18. No, I think it's just bac or incomplete programming. A barely-finished 
  19. MUI program can LOOK like it's done because it has a complete, 
  20. nice-looking interface, and perhaps developers are tempted to release 
  21. them before they should. I have several MUI programs that don't crash.
